"There needs to be an A++ for this business! We purchased our house a couple of years ago and the front and back yards were both a wreck in every way (lawn, trees, randomly planted shrubs, weeds). There were multiple evergreens in the front yard physically touching the house, a bunch of randomly planted (like 7) trees in the back yard that looked terrible, invasive species and vines growing up into the trees/shrubs that we wanted to keep. I set up an appointment, got an estimate on Monday and Wednesday at 9 a.m. the work was done (removed all trees and shrubs, ground down stumps, put everything in the woodchopper on site and turned it to mulch. Everyone was courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, professional, punctual - I could not have had a better experience. Everything was neat, tidy and looked great when they left. I highly recommend this company - I was so impressed that I told them that they need to charge more for the work they do (my husband had asked someone else for an estimate, and got a quote that was 10 times the amount we paid for about 25% of the work that they did). ! I also like that it is a nice family-owned local business. This will be our go to tree company as long as our family lives in the Lansing area. WOW."
