"The guys arrived the same day I requested the work, they (two guys) went right to work, after providing an initial verbal estimate. After working about 15 minutes the lead guy noted that there were more leaves in the back yard than they originally estimated, and he asked if I would agree to a slight increase in the estimated cost. Since I had found the original estimate very reasonable I was OK with the update from $150 to $200, in part because I had witnessed what a thorough job they were doing.
