I am a single lady and usually do not get much of an explanation about a repair(I usually have to dig for answers), but he answered all of my questions and showed me pictures of what needed to be repaired. I got several estimates and this one was not lowest but not the highest and overall seemed like the best quality for the price. Let me say this, I got a lot of crazy estimates and different stories from other companies. Brian seemed the most honest and a straight shooter. I was told it would take 2-3weeks to get scheduled and it took about 2 weeks. Someone texted me and said can we come tomorrow and I said yes, and the time of arrival was 8am and the guy was at my hose at 8am. He worked on the roof for 7 hours and so far no more leak and we had had very heavy rain since. After the repair was completed Westfall sent me an invoice a few days later and then I paid the bill. I am very happy with the work that was done and I would recommend Westfall to others."
