"From the sales rep Duane to the last day of the project, things went GREAT. the CREWS WERE TIMELY, POLITE, CLEAN AND MORE IMPORTANTLY REAL CRAFTSMEN. At the beginning, the sales rep walked the entire property. This was unlike the other companies we called out who looked just at the front. The old tile was removed, nothing on the property was damaged , the old wood was replaced ( even was given a discount on some wood decking ) We even added a modification to the project after it began and that was dealt with .The tile manufacturer even came out to the project to help us pick out the right color tile for our roof. The roof looks GREAT. WE DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY UNTIL after the project, loved that. With all of the bad construction companies out there, this provided us security to know we didn't have to pay until after the project was complete.This company was a pleasure to deal with, they said they were going to do something and they did. This was a big investment for us and we are very Happy we chose Acoma Roofing. Your trust in them will not be Misspent."

John Scott spent a good deal of time with us, explaining in detail what his company would do, and his pricing was very attractive. His crew arrived to do my neighbor’s home, and a wind and rainstorm sprung up after they had begun the work. They did a great job keeping the old and new material under control, and made sure that the rain would not get through the partially applied roofing. The next day part of the crew arrived at our house and began working. Part of the crew was still working on the neighbor’s house, as well. Our roof was finished the following day, and the crew did a great job of cleaning up the roofing nails and other debris. Our pool and the pool cage had been protected during the work, and everything was in order after the roof was completed. John had explained how to contact an inspector who would complete a report for our insurance company. "Brian was my consultant and he was great. I am a single lady and usually do not get much of an explanation about a repair(I usually have to dig for answers), but he answered all of my questions and showed me pictures of what needed to be repaired. I got several estimates and this one was not lowest but not the highest and overall seemed like the best quality for the price. Let me say this, I got a lot of crazy estimates and different stories from other companies. Brian seemed the most honest and a straight shooter. I was told it would take 2-3weeks to get scheduled and it took about 2 weeks. Someone texted me and said can we come tomorrow and I said yes, and the time of arrival was 8am and the guy was at my hose at 8am. He worked on the roof for 7 hours and so far no more leak and we had had very heavy rain since. After the repair was completed Westfall sent me an invoice a few days later and then I paid the bill.
