"The workers did a good job and worked hard on the windows but it was really careless of them not to ask us about putting on the screens correctly and broke the sprinkler. They put one screen on backwards and they also put one screen on upside down and we had a lot of trouble fixing it. And these are the screens on the sliding glass doors. And when we turned on the sprinkler, we had a flood in our floor room and it damaged the rag we have."

"They're very good. They're very thorough. They get everything very clean. We've used other cleaning services in the past and have always been disappointed, but Ivanilde's is extremely good. I think the cost is fair for what they do. That's a little hard to answer because they give me a time frame when they expect to be there, but we are one of the last ones they clean during the day, so sometimes if they run into extra work at some place, then they may be a little late. I mean, this past Tuesday they were about a half an hour later than they had hoped to be, on average, they are quite punctual. I will use them in two weeks."
