"I cannot say enough good things about Tillers. I was looking for someone to clean my carpets because my senior dog sometimes has accidents and it was starting to really smell. Since my in-laws are coming to visit, I needed it done pretty quickly. I found Tillers here on Angie's List and requested a quote. I received a pretty much immediate response and was asked to call the office with a square footage estimate. I did so and had the most pleasant interchange with Lisa. She was friendly, patient and answered all of my questions. I asked if there was any way that we could have the service done this week and Lisa first said no and then said she might be able to squeeze it in. She called one of her techs to make sure and then called me back to confirm that yes, they could come that very afternoon. I was so pleased. Same-day service? Who does that? Larry was awesome. As Lisa promised, he called me to confirm his ETA and showed up right on time. He was professional, did a good job of explaining what he was going to do, what it would cost, etc. He answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of them). And when he actually did the cleaning, he was really thorough. I was so impressed with how carefully he treated our carpets. I have hired lots of other carpet cleaners for my parents and I've never seen a tech who was so meticulous and really seemed to care about getting our carpets clean. He also was a blast to chat with - and he's the master of puns! We had a great little talk as well. The work was exceptional. All of the pet odor is gone, the carpets are super clean and they dried quickly because Larry did such a nice job making sure he didn't just soak the rug for no reason. The cost was extremely reasonable, and they even let me stack the first-time-customer discount with the Angie's List coupon for an even better deal. The Angie's List listing said this is a family-owned business, which is one of the reasons I chose it. But man, is this a case where the difference between family-owned and the big chains is extremely apparent. We will call Tiller's for all of our future carpet cleaning needs."

"I was very pleased, very pleased with them.  I purchased a carpet, they had a wonderful selections and I received excellent guidance from another gal there.  I had gone to another company and could find either the carpet color or texture but couldn't find exactly what I wanted and decided not to settle.  I went into Carpet one and I kind of told her what I wanted.  She guided me directly and brought me 3 samples right away that I liked.  I still went through the whole store since I thought I should.  I got a wonderful, I mean for the same price it must have been within $20.  So for the same price as the other store I got the exact color I wanted and the texture.  They have a wonderful program they call it, 30 day beautiful, if you don't like it for any reason in 30 days, the color, or whatever they will replace it with a same cost obviously, you can't upgrade, but for free.  They'll come take it out and put in something else.  I think it's fabulous.  I'd give them 5 stars.  Plus, I'm kind of a clean freak and they let me wash the floors, they arranged for them to rip out the floor one day then lay the carpet the next day.  The staff was very respectful and I felt very safe.  I do want to give that good review.  You can give them an "A" on everything.  I would use them again and I plan to."

"Despite the snowstorm, the Green Clean team arrived on time and handled the job superbly. They started by a quick walk through of the house to view the 3 rugs, stairs, hall and 2 rooms to be cleaned. I had asked they also clean our sofa but they advised me that the cost would outweigh the likely outcome, advise I greatly appreciated. Talk about honest, eh? They use organic chemicals, so instead of smelling like industrial cleaners, our home smelled fresh. They were honest about the stains they would be able to remove and the likely outcome given the age of our carpet. They gave us clear instructions to prepare for their arrival and after-treatment. I will definitely call them again."
