"Paul installed gutters on my house in 2011. We replaced the front deck and decided that we did not want the downspout in that section in the same place. Paul came out to look at it and suggested that we run one continuous gutter across 2 sections of the front of the home with a larger gutter to handle the extra water and dump into one downspout. We accepted his very reasonable estimate and he completed the project within a week. It looks fantastic. Highly recommend All American"

"Terrible. I've never had such a bad experience with a company like this before. I would never hire AllStar again. Their sub-contractors are fast but messy. They threw trash in my attic thinking I wouldn't find it. They left nails, screws, sheet metal trimmings, etc. all over the ground. Cigarette butts and plastic spoons too. I had to call the General Manager and Production Manger out to my house to hear my complaint and clean up their mess. That still didn't work. I had to borrow a lawn sweeping magnet from another roofing contactor working in the neighborhood. I filled up the bottom of a shoe box. Although the building permit included a sound plan for safety precautions, the sub-contractors didn't follow it. There are OSHA safety standards to follow, and not one on them carried a card. I asked. Never once did I see them harnessed up and tethered to a 5000# safety point. They throw shingles up into my backyard trees and bushes and walk away. Busted up a cap on a post on my deck and didn't do anything about it. The installation of the gutter screens is not complete. I called twice about this. All-Star has no control over their subs. All-Star even ordered the wrong color gutters. I wanted a staircase installed off my deck, so as long as AllStar was there I asked them if they could do that as well. "Sure" their general manager said, and he quotes me a little over $2800. Next, he shows up with a contract for $4100. I sign it but realize I'm getting taken for a ride. AllStar doesn't do anything for several months. Next, I get an email from their sales rep assigned to my project, that additional costs are needed in the amount of $2000. Come on, $6,100 to build a wood staircase that is 7' tall? This is already a signed deal! Not an add to a contract. You eat the cost. The general manager doesn't return phone calls, text messages, or emails. The production manager (the one bright aspect of the company) does."

"I requested a tree removal, the response was to provide a quote based on my unexperienced visual estimation. There was good communication up until the day they were supposed to show up. The day we agreed to do the work there was little to no communication (despite my messages) with no updates on what is going on. I asked the following day to see what the plan was (gave them the benefit of the doubt, things happen); the response was "I showed up yesterday and the tree was bigger then we expected, we want 3X the price we quoted". 1. If you are going to quote site unseen you should hold up to your commitment. I didn't force you to quote without coming out to look at the tree, I provided my best guess on size (its not a 90' or even a 40' tree). 2. If you show up to look at my property, come talk to me and discuss your concerns. 3. Expect a honest review of your (un)professionalism"

"After the hailstorm of June 2017, our neighbors used NMC Exteriors and recommended them to us. I’m so glad that they did. From the start, Jon, Luke, and their team were so easy to work with. Since there were so many houses needing a roof directly after this storm, we had to wait until spring of 2018 to actually have our roof replaced. The day our roof was installed, the crew was here by 7 a.m. and was completely done with installing and cleaning the area by 1:30 p.m. I was astonished at their efficiency and the roof looks amazing. Jon and Luke’s response to any of my questions was so timely, which I greatly appreciated.
