"Big tip #1 - if needing storm damage repair, Brigley was the only contractor that gave an independent quote, out of 6 contacted. All others would only deal directly with Insurance and not quote the job to me at all. You too may find the settlement offered by insurance exceeds the actual cost of the job - and others get to pocket the difference. Brigley is very fair and direct, and NOT a "storm chaser", never to be heard from again. Cory, our estimator, carried out a full inspection for hail damage. He noted additional house repairs that could be done, and included as separate optional line items. Quick turn around on the quote process. Full tear off replacement was done in one very long day for the crew, who did outstanding work. They corrected, without charge, some deficiencies that a prior gutter contractor had not done. Some small additional gutter work was done soon thereafter. Several of the crew, while acknowledging the job was very hard work, spoke highly of working for Brigley and would not work for any other roofer. Nice to see that the estimator (Cory) was on site helping for several hours - so he knows what the job entails. Even the city inspector noted that Brigley was a known good choice. No money up front, and no pressure for full payment - they made sure I was fully satisfied, before picking up the check (at my offer to pay!) a week later.
