"We had a high complexity project requiring working with 2 separate homeowners for a single structure (an 1891 townhouse). The team at Keyprime were extremely clear about project risks and expectations, and that meant that when additional issues were discovered during the project, we already knew about the possibility and were prepared to deal with them. They were excellent communicators (even during a literal plague) and provided really high quality service. The price is relatively high for a re-roof/new gutters, but the material quality is excellent and the workmanship is great."

"Chase from Excel Renovation was great to work with regarding our residential garage roof leak. He was very personable and there was excellent/ professional communication in talking through the potential issue and then scheduling a time to meet. Chase ended up starting with a simpler repair approach first, re-fastening and re-sealing a roof flashing, which we agreed was the right thing to do for our type of roof leak (very small leak) and for this cold time of year (late Nov). He was very honest in what he thought was the likely issue and digging deeper right away in our case, instead of just resealing and testing first, may cause more harm than good. He would not take any money for the repair…I tried though. :-) He said to keep an eye on it during the upcoming rain and snow melt(s) and he could always dig deeper if needed in the spring, removing interior sheetrock and then applying water with a hose over suspected area on the roof. If you’re looking for an honest company that won’t steer you wrong, give these guys a call. I highly recommend this company and I would definitely work with them again!"

"It was fantastic. I was out of town, so I gave Adrian my phone number and address and he was out there that day. He responded right away to the Angie's List Message which was really helpful. He came to the house, spotted a lot of damage, and called me right away. He sounds very experienced with how insurance companies operate, and he gave me the run-down on who to contact and how to do everything (I'm a newbie when it comes to insurance claims). I did what he said and now we're just waiting for the insurance adjuster to come out. He is willing to be the contact person with the insurance adjuster so I don't even have to be around to do anything, he's taking care of it for me! "Went well initially. The technician had his son working with him, however assured me that he would be the one inside making sure that things went well. I asked if I needed to cover anything and again, he assured me that there was no need as he would be using a shop vacuum to suck up soot and particles being directed downward from top of chimney. His son at some point was the one inside using the shop vac to suck up the debris. All went well until he wrapped up the vac. He accidentally let the coil of the vacuum touch the arm of the sofa and the side of the ottoman leaving black soot on both pieces which were brand new. I showed his father when he came in and he was visibly upset that this happened. His son apologized emphatically as he felt bad about what had happened. His dad initially said I could use soap and water to clean it up, but I told him that I expect compensation for any cleaning done by professional as it was spot on both pieces. He took pics and sent them to Nick the owner. I took my own pics and emailed, as well as called to resolve the issue. I was called back immediately and spoke to Nick who apologized and assured me that I would be compensated for any professional cleaning of my furniture. After I had my pieces cleaned, the company I used sent Nick the receipt for services rendered and I had a check in the mail less than a week later. Other than this little mishap, I would highly recommend Nicks Chimney Service because of the professionalism and expedited resolution when I had a problem."

"Concerned about my aging roof, I wanted someone with more experience than I to take a look. Naturally everyone wants to sell you a new roof, but Keyth for Hoffman Weber gave me what I was looking - good advice. He checked the roof out and its starting to show it's age, but he saw nothing to indicate a new roof was necessary at the moment. Yes, he stressed, that could certainly change depending on circumstances, but I can put the job off for another 2, maybe 3 years while I'm saving up for the job. "Great! MN Window and Siding has done several projects over the last 10 years for us in our mid 50’s Rambler. They replaced our Sliding patio doors in the Family Room, Picture Window in the Living Room, and 2 other windows-one in the kitchen and another they enlarged the opening and installed a crank out in a bathroom remodel we had done last year. The vinyl windows/patio doors they use are from Alside and are excellent quality. After the hail storm here in Bloomington in 2013 they replaced our roof. We had many color choices to choose from and the roof was completed timely and was great quality. Jim worked with my insurance company and the project went smoothly."

"It looks like the job was done well. We had some heat coils up on the roof and we asked them to reinstall them after they were finished. They did not do this, and I was disappointed with this. The flashing around the chimney also looks a little sloppy. Also, every time that I tried to call the home office, I could not get an answer. They were one of the lower bids that we received and they were able to quickly do the work. Although, I don't think they were very professional and I wasn't overly impressed."
