"It really was not what I expected. I wanted some advice and he wasn't prepared to give the advice. So I just let it go. He came out, met with me, I told him what I wanted. He told me he would do the work and I asked him for suggestions because that's really why I did that. I don't know much about landscaping at all and I was looking for different types of plants and that kind of a thing. He just simply wasn't prepared to make recommendations. So, I just dropped it. He was very prompt. He did not charge anything more. The guy needs to get more knowledge, he really does. If you call yourself a landscape company you typically know something about plants and flowers and bushes and shrubs and trees so that you can give recommendations, not just show up and plant. If a friend or a family member was looking for labor only, I'm sure he would be okay. He came out to do physical labor only, without any knowledge or expertise other than how deep to dig a hole. So it was not landscaping consultation. Landscaping consultation consists of recommending and suggesting certain plants for certain areas and knowledgeable enough about the whole plant kingdom to tell you whether or not a specific type of plant would survive in that area. That's a consultation."

I don’t have to call this company because they keep a schedule of when they need to come back to cut your grass and etc. I would do it myself but it’s so much more convenient for me when they’re always on time. "It was great.  They kept me involved at all times giving me names of plants so I could look them up (I know NOTHING about plants).  They arrived when scheduled and have kept in touch to make sure all the plants are doing OK.  They even chased down my little dog who decided to escape the day they were working (which is no easy task!)!  I would recommend this company to anyone and I will have them back to work on other sections of my yard.  I couldn't be more pleased.

"Bayou Junkies did a wonderful job. We needed to put a loved one’s home on the market and a deep one time cleaning was needed. They also suggested pressure washing the driveway and the results were very nice. One notable thing occurred. They had a couple issues come up that could not be avoided. In those cases some people let a job slip or have trouble finishing. Bayou Junkies would not settle for less than well done and complete. They kept at it in spite of the interruption and finished the job very well. We are VERY pleased with the results and with all of the other issues needing to be dealt with when a loved one passes, it was a relief to have this done so well."
