"When I called arrange to get the backflow fixed I asked for an estimate I was told approximately $200.  I may have misunderstood on the phone and I know that sometimes the unexpected happens...but... <br> <br>There was a crew of three on time who did a good job and we were pleased with the end result. The owner said he would send a bill to our email address.  I believe in paying for services rendered so three weeks later when we still hadn't received a bill I called and left a message to follow up.  The owner sent a bill a few days later.  <br> <br>I feel that cutting out a broken above ground pipe, cutting, fitting, and gluing in the replacement, along with clean up did not require a team of three, and the 1 1/2 hours of labor we were billed for was longer than I remember them being here.  I was here when they did the job and I realize they may have billed for time spent picking up supplies before hand. <br> <br>My husband and I are fairly new to the area and want to have our backyard redone.  We were using this as a trial run.  The resulting work was fine, I just felt that it was not done/billed as economically as it should have.  <br> <br>We will be looking at other landscapers to do any future work. <br>"

He even met us out at the nursery on Sunday to walk us through our rock and plant selection. He was also very flexible and willing to hear our ideas. He has a good eye for detail.
