Main reason for hiring this service was for the shrub maintenance that was included, that only happened 2 maybe 3 times in an 8 month period and that only happened because I had to reach out and ask when they were coming to service. Their administration specifically HALEY -- extremely unprofessional, doesn't care about the customer, talks over you from a speaker phone and repeats herself without solving issues. So I agreed, then they didn't show for 3wks, never returned any of my calls or texts and when I called and finally got through to Haley, she advised ..."oh your file says we re not servicing you any longer". "We hired Jason Hoppe on 2/28/26 to lay sod in our front yard. A very sloppy fast job was performed, leaving 1/2" to 1" gaps between the sod pieces. He dropped the sod pieces down, gave it a couple of kicks and figured good enough! Plus, the whole perimeter was not joined into the existing turf to seal the outside edges. He assured me this is good enough. I went online and found out differently. The edges of the sod MUST be joined tightly to prevent the grass along the edge from dying and turning brown. So, my wife and I spent a day putting down 12 bags of top soil around the perimeter and in the gaps the complete the job the way it should have been. We should not have to do that. I would to recommend his company Hop 2 IT Landscaping and Pavers or Hoppe Enterprises to do any landscaping for sure not laying sod! Plus, I have asked him to send me a paid receipt and he is ignoring me. "
