The quality of the work is good, and he is very personable, so it was pleasant to have him working in the house. He explained his work strategies before doing the work (i.e., showed me how he planned to fix the door hinge issue), was respectful of the cat and dogs, and worked solid the entire time. Very professional. I am already making my list for the next day of Honey Do. One thing to note, after I bought the deal, I was surprised to not receive an email or call from the company (thus the 4 rating on responsiveness), but as soon as I called them, they promptly got me scheduled. So it's probably good idea to plan on calling them to schedule."

"Job went perfect. I was approved for financing the day I called. When the contractor came out for the bid, he made a materials and labor suggestion based on our needs. The original estimate of 9k worth of unnecessary privacy fencing, that I could not afford, went down to 2.5k of sturdy chain link providing a safe play space for our rescue dog. The contractor said they are more interested in helping customers out than making large sales. The fence is very professional. It is even wired into the ground so our dog cannot dig under it. The city inspector said it was a "perfect" construction job. Finished in under 8 hours. Roughly 100 feet of chain link, posts, concrete, plus gate. High quality materials and the yard was spotless when the job was finished. Very trustworthy. I feel strongly that I got what I paid for. Peace of mind that my dog, a known short fence jumper, is safe as well as my yard and padlocked gate. The most important part, is that my dog LOVES the freedom of having a large yard to run freely in."
