Jason was able to come to the house within an hour and give me a fair bid, he rearranged his crew schedule to prioritize removal of the tree, and within a couple of days the tree was removed with absolutely no damage to the yard, and every scrap of wood, twig, and leaf from the tree was removed from the yard. Wednesday comes, had to call to see if they were coming, even though I was told someone would reach out to me Monday. Was told that it wasn't Wednesday but Thursday. Thursday comes, the time that someone was supposed to show up, no call or heads up. Call back and then was gaslighted saying that the time I was told, they would never say that they would show up at that time. Ending up cancelling the guy to come. Horrible customer service."
