It seems the operator was not able to manage the equipment well. I say that because of the damage to the lawn and also because he backed into bushes, damaging them, and also backed into another tree, with the scoop raised, and broke 2 branches from a tree I wasn't having removed. The damage to the tree, bushes and lawn was not professional."
