"They were great but. You need to not do this to your employees. They shouldn?t be given such long pay for there experience and shouldn?t be given another job after closing hours. That cause them to be over worked. You need to be fair and flexible. I?ve had them come to my place and clean and the were working way past closing hours. That?s unfair to them.
