He was also able to replace the carpet on one of my steps that the cats had destroyed. So, that saved me the hassle of coordinating with a carpet guy, as I used a piece of left-over carpet that had been in the crawl space and needed to be cleaned/freshened up as well. I could not be happier. I even left the air conditioning off on a super sticky, hot day and NO cat urine smell. Jeremy was very patient explaining the options and I opted for the more expensive, but still very reasonable option to totally attack the cat urine. He returned my call quickly, was able to come out within a week or two and was very polite and cleaned up after he left. My carpet was soft to the touch when it was dry. "They were great but. You need to not do this to your employees. They shouldn?t be given such long pay for there experience and shouldn?t be given another job after closing hours. That cause them to be over worked. You need to be fair and flexible. I?ve had them come to my place and clean and the were working way past closing hours. That?s unfair to them. Do better or you will not have my service again. I dont knowhow you can even have Andrew work for 8 years and not be given a raise. Plz do better that?s all im asking of you. Start bringing more machines to places so this doesn't happen. Pay them more or have more people and machines."
