"These guys did an amazing job installing our pavered patio and driveway. There was an issue with the edging and a sprinkler head almost immediately afterwards, and they did come back to fix it and make it right. We love the work they did for us and have recommended them to several other neighbors and friends. I will say that the communication gap when issues arise, specifically with the sales rep Bob, was the only drawback. I ended up going straight to Albert after Bob stopped showing up, and we were well taken care of from that point forward. Albert also has an admin named Stacy who responds to his texts on his behalf and she is absolutely wonderful. They are truly lucky to have her communicating and followingn up on their behalf. I am deducting a star for customer service based solely on my experience with Bob...everyone else we encountered was great. All in all - this company quoted a great price, they showed up on time and delivered a quality end result with no delays, and they made good on their quality promises by fixing issues when they arose. Impressed with his friendly and professional manner, we hired them to grind a tree stump in the front yard and grade the area before installing the pavers for the sidewalk and new patio. The work was meticulously completed on time and as promised. Upon completion and final inspection, Matt noticed a very slight imperfection in a small section (I didn't even notice until he pointed it out) and had his crew come back to correct it, which they cheerfully did.
