"This is a horrible business. They lie about what time their technicians will show up. They told me I would be the first appointment of the day and then when I called at 8:30 because they were an hour late the secretary on the phone lies and said, "He's running a little late." Fast forward to 11, and now the technician is 3.5 hours late and I call again, and the same secretary just decides to be honest and say yeah you weren't the first appointment of the day, you're actually third. My original appointment I made was for yesterday, which I called out from work to be home for and apparently they never wrote it in their books even though they confirmed it with me over the phone. They just lie and lie and lie. Can't even speak to a manager to file a complaint because he's never in the office."

"The man was prompt and did what he was supposed to do. My frustration was that when he walked in he gave me 3 different prices. The lowest was just a basic going over the carpet once. The other two included using spot cleaners and some other things. I was unaware that there were different levels. I could not afford the higher priced ones. The carpet dried and looked ok. I guess I expected it to look better. There were no stains except for a 2-inch area on the stair landing which I had already cleaned. I thought the proce was a little high."
