"I am writing this review to caution consumers about Michaels Cabinets. I hired him to redesign and remodel my kitchen cabinets. First, his design software is archaic. He offers no 3D modeling. The big box stores offer much more in way of design. There were many mistakes in the designs and we caught most but not all of them. The quality of the cabinets is very good, but he does not manufacturer them. All items are shipped from a manufacturer and he has no inventory. Second, he does not install them; he hires a sub-contractor, and blames any issues on the sub. He consistently hounds you for money and it seems is running the business hand to mouth. Overall I am extremely disappointed with the design recommendations, and the overall lack of service. I have several outstanding issues and Michael has failed to acknowledge or address them."

"Brian did an excellent job refacing our kitchen cabinets from oak to white. He comes promptly on the day scheduled and works all day. He finished in three days. The cabinets are beautiful and he worked around our existing countertop & backsplash. I highly recommend."

"My bathroom remodel started on 3/14/2022 and I was told it would take 1 week to complete. The first issue was the wrong size shower door was ordered. I was told it would take 2 weeks to arrive and they would expedite the process. It took over a month for the door to arrive. I was then told that the installer was on another job and I would have to wait. (The job was paid in full). I also discovered a leak in my basement. I was told that this was our responsibility and "things happen". I had to call a plumber out and pay the invoice. The plumber said the installer did not tighten the pipes and it caused the leak. We were stuck with paying the plumber invoice. When he came to install the shower door they discovered that the wrong size shower door had been ordered AGAIN for the 2nd time. The installer tried to go Lowes and buy something to "make it work". This is very unprofessional and it doesn't live up to the companies reputation (so I thought). I explained to them that I wanted professional work because I paid professional prices. When I called the company to ask for updates on my shower door being delivered, they acted like I was bothering them. They never called me on their own with a update. They had no compassion, nor did they care that I had been waiting 3 months for something that was their mistake. My door was finally installed on 6/13/2022. 3 months for a job that was to only take 1 week. The company never called and asked was I satisfied with the work. No apology for my experience. NOTHING! I never spoke with them about my final issue because I was scared that my bathroom wouldn't be complete. The installer smoked marijuana at my home on two different occasions that I knew of. My children even smelled it. One of the times it was so bad my entire upstairs smelled like it and I had to leave my home. I work at a correctional facility and I was so scared that the scent would get in my clothes before I went to work. My husband didn't want me to say anything until the job was complete, because we didn't want any more issues with this company. My experience with this company was horrible and I pray you find another company for your needs. This was the 2nd time I used this company, and the first time was good. I'm so disappointed in my experience....I hope this helps someone!"

"We paid them 300.00 more than they quoted for a replacement sliding door. They ordered the door to open the wrong way. They kept itrynjg to sell us the wrong one with pricing it at full price to put it in another location in our home but we did not. Now it’s three years later and the sluding glass door screen will not move at all. I have called three times and left numerous messages and their customer service is awful. They will not come out and repair the door or tell us how to fix the screen. I do not recommend this business and I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau .? They seem to only want to take $$ but not provide services for their products!!!!!"
