After a hand-shake agreement on the work and price I paid half upfront and the other half upon completion. The clean-up of the yard waste went smoothly and as agreed. However, he left the large stones citing he did not have room and would be back the next day to remove them. He did not return, I contacted him again and he said he would pick them up the next day. He has not been back, and he has not responded to my attempts to contact him. My assumption is he will never return. This is likely due to the fact that I paid the second half before he completed the job. The owner is a friendly person, but he did not complete the job as agreed."
