They come to the door when they arrive. After the application, they blow the driveway off in case of any stray pellets that might have gotten on there and put a small sign in the grass. Then the bill is left on the front doorknob. Great company!"

"<p>Our lawn was a complete disaster -- bare and full of weeds.  I contacted Jonathan (owner/operator) based on the reviews I read in Angie's List.  The reviews didn't deceive, Jonathan has been nothing short of great.  He came over to our house, did a personal assessment of our situation, and laid out a plan to help restore our lawn.</p> <p>Last fall, he aerated and over-seeded our lawn.  Later, he followed up with a fertilizer and weed treatment.  He followed up again with another treatment about 6 weeks ago.</p> <p>I had hoped that our lawn would start to look better after about a year or so (that's been our experience with other similar service providers in the past).  Well...let me tell you, our lawn is already (its only mid-March) looking fantastic!!</p> <p>Jonathan does what he says he's going to do.  He under-promises, and over-delivers.  While his prices are a little higher than other lawn treatment service company's, Jonathan's work is well worth it.</p> <p>He's earned an A+ from my wife and me!!</p> <br />"

"I used TruGreen to manage the weeds in my lawn while keeping the grass healthy since 2010. For the first 5 years or so, I was fairly happy with my service. However, last summer my lawn had weeds popping up more often between my services. It was a busy summer and I barely had time to mow my lawn, let alone spend time relaxing in my yard, so I wasn't as bothered by it. However, TruGreen came out on March 22nd for my first treatment of this year. The note stated that they treated for weeds and that I would see any existing weeds to be gone within 7-21 days. Unfortunately, the weeds did not go away and started spreading and becoming more plentiful. In addition, while all my neighbors' Bermuda grass lawns had started coming out of dormancy and were turning a nice shade of green, my front yard was still yellow (and full of weeds). I called up on Wednesday, April 26th to ask to have someone come out and take a look at my yard, as I was unhappy with my service. They told me that someone was already scheduled to perform service on the next day and that they would call me up with an update once they came. Nobody showed up on Thursday or Friday, so I called them the next Monday and said I needed someone to check out my yard that day or I would be cancelling. The woman apologized for them not coming out earlier but could not promise someone would be able to come out that day. Nobody ended up coming out, so the next day I called to cancel my service. This time, the agent I spoke to was much less friendly and told me they were never scheduled to come out last week and that they would be out this week. I told him I no longer wanted to continue my service and, after putting me on hold for 10 minutes, finally was able to cancel my service. It upsets me that after 7+ years with a company, I am forced to find a new service provider. However, the prices go up every year and the quality of the service has dropped considerably, so I feel that I have no choice but to do so. I would not recommend TruGreen to anyone and I would recommend anyone looking for lawn health management services to look elsewhere."

"We just moved and had to give up John and Chris's great lawn service. They were reliable, knowledgeable and thorough. If I lived in an area they serviced I would use them again in a heartbeat. I would encourage anyone looking for this service in the Pebble Creek/Berkshire Park area in Taylors, SC to use them."

"I contacted Water Works to find and repair the leak in my rock waterfall. Brian was prompt and helpful. Although he didn't do the work himself, he reviewed what I needed and a informed his staff. There was a slight misunderstanding on the quote as not all the work we anticipated was necessary and he requested all our contact be via text or phone. We compromised due to the misunderstanding. The leak was tricky to diagnose and his son came out several times to make adjustments without additional charge. Overall I'm very pleased! My waterfall is working and looking great for less money than I wasted on it with another contractor last year. I highly recommend Water Works."

All work was done from the ground or by climbers; I don't allow boom trucks on the property. <br /> They cut up firewood when asked and always dump my chips for me to use as mulch. The first time they came, 1 climber spent the first day up in the worst of the trees. I will not let anyone else work on my trees. <br />"
