"They've been doing our lawn for years.  As a matter of fact, I just got off the phone with them a few minutes ago to ask them to send a specialist out to review some things.  I'm seeing some brown patches and some weeds, and I think I shouldn't see.  They're coming for a routine maintenance next week, and I just wanted to make sure that there's not something that we need to be doing.  I pay annually.  I've got new sod.  I just had this particular sod put in last year, and even after the weed control I'm still seeing some forms of weeds more than others.  So they're gonna come out here in the next day or two and inspect, and we're gonna talk about how we need to adjust the treatment on this new sod.  For price, I really don't know anything else to compare it to because I've used them for so long.  It's probably the same as anybody else,  I mean, I can't say that I like paying what I pay. Like right now, I'm having my deck re-done.  This deck's been here for twenty-one years, and boards are beginning to noticeably rot after twenty-one years, and so they're pulling these boards up and these boards are cedar.  You can't buy cedar boards like this anymore.  You go to the treated lumber and hope you get ten years out of them. "
