Additional time is invoiced at an hourly rate, plus the cost of materials needed. "We have had Shirey for two projects. The first was a few years ago when they fixed a roof leak around our fireplace that a couple of other contractors had already tried to fix and had failed. We have had NO leaks since Shirey worked their magic! The second project was just completed this fall. We have three short sets of stairs between our driveway and the front door and I wanted nice-looking metal railings installed on them. Shirey found a customer railing manufacturer and worked with him to make the railings and then installed them for us. I love that it was one-stop-shopping for us. They look great and now I won’t worry about our friends and family falling as they make their way to our front door!"
