This was the only company to give me a quote for flagstone (as I requested) instead of concrete pavers that the other companies were pushing. I wanted flagstone. Mike was great from first meet to the end. He came by to check on the progress each step to ensure we understood the process and what was next. The demolition team and the design teams were great, professional, competent, courteous and cleaned up everything. We were a real challenge as no outside entry to back yard. Communication was outstanding from the get-go - Will performed the initial consultation and after laying out our various options, expertly weaved our project wants and needs into our limited front yard space - always quick getting back to us with answers to project tweaks and changes. Hayleigh (their plant expert) was great to work with, as she listened to what we liked about our previous plant variety and provided a really nice plant selection and layout. Once the shovels hit the ground, Jonathan and Alonzo communicated proactively the entire duration of the project and kept to an efficient project schedule, completing everything within budget and scope - with an outstanding-looking result. He listened to my ideas (make my yard look like Ohio in the Fall), good drainage, drought tolerant plants, attract hummingbirds, while sticking with my color selection, installing a split rail fence, I love my yard! I have had neighbors I don't know, from a block away, stop when driving by and I'm in my yard, and tell me how great it looks and they enjoyed watching the progress.
