"It went incredibly well. Ignacio spent a lot of time with us working on the design and budget. While this company is not the cheapest on the market, in this case you truly get what you paid for. Ignacio's design took our breath away. The texture and color of the stamped concrete is beautiful. The extra patio space transformed an ugly weird patio to a masterpiece. The flagstone topped retaining walls easily provides seating for more people than we know. The color coordination between the concrete, the flagstone, and the stucco faced retaining walls is very pleasing to the eye. Unique' s crew is one of the best that I have had the pleasure to have working for me. I have never seen a harder working crew. The truly gave us a full 9 hours of back breaking work. The job superb Roberto was fantastic, easy to work with and to communicate. Ignacio made it a point to stop by every day. As with all construction there are issues, broken water lines, sprinkler lines, irrigation control cables. Roberto took immediate care of any and all such issues. "Crowworks did an amazing job with my kitchen remodel. The team is skilled, honest, and an impressive value. They completely <br /> gutted my original 1950s "horseshoe" kitchen and I now have a galley kitchen worthy of magazine covers! The installation, which included extensive new plumbing and electrical, lighted cabinets, and a wall of glass tile, was impeccable, gorgeous, and completed on a reasonable timeline.  We met several times before work started to plan out the design and I greatly appreciated how collaborative the entire project was ? my questions were always answered promptly and thoroughly and I felt that my frequent input was heard with respect. They were very careful with my indoor cats and I had no worries about giving them my keys and even leaving on vacation in the middle of construction. "I was not exactly pleased with the service. I think it was a style difference and I feel like I was not heard. I did not end up with a design I desired. Scheduling was also a bit difficult at first and they were hard to get a hold of. Once I did get their attention they were very attentive. I paid additional to cover other needs I was looking to have done. I was a little disappointment the deal did not include everything I needed. They laid out a new irrigation system, drainage, plant layout and hardscaping. They were just not able to capture my vision so I had to go with another company."

"We have never seen such quality work.  Our retaining wall holds up a steep hillside.  Two prior retaining walls had failed.  I know the retaining wall that LEBEC designed and constructed will never fail.   LEBEC designed and built a special keyway retaining wall (like a keel on a boat).  The wall was reinforced with 5/8 inch thick rebar that was completely tied together and that also had "J bars".  They also used a special wicking type material on the back side of the wall to carry water away from the wall.  They also used perforated pipe wrapped in filter fabric and 3/8 crushed drain rock behind the wall.  I have never seen such excellent construction, even on very large construction projects.  Armando was the supervisor, and he was working on the project the entire time.  Armando has 30 years of experience and it showed.  Everything was done in a smart and efficient way.  Armando and his crew had to drive a very long way in Bay Area traffic to get to our home but they still arrived early and worked hard all day long. Armando is bilingual so it was very easy to communicate with him.  Armando and his crew became our friends and we were happy to see them come each day.  They would always leave our home and yard neat and clean when they left each day.  We were so happy with their work that we have signed a second contract with LEBEC for a second retaining wall. <br />"
