"A&Y Performed a tree removal for me. It was approximately an 80-foot tree very close to my house and backyard deck. I was a bit nervous as I had seen "TREE Fails" on YouTube. "Ramon and his crew from Nature Care Tree Specialist were very professional and courteous. They provided outstanding service to us. We are very delighted. I approached Ramon for an estimate when they were performing some tree work on a nearby street. He came within 10 mins to give an estimate, suggested various options for pruning about half a dozen trees big and small, before giving an estimate. He was very easy to communicate with and courteous. The estimate was reasonable. They came promptly for the appointment, which, due to a cancellation, was within 2 days. Ramon himself climbed and led charge, pruning and cutting, advising his crew as needed. He would check with us often during the pruning to ensure it’s to our satisfaction and we are happy.
