Urizar Landscaping as a team did an incredible job, not only clearing all the space and preparing the soil, but hand selecting plants (over 150) for the different areas of the yard, putting in a new lawn and building three raised garden beds in our backyard. We have continued to use them a few times a month for maintenance and replanting for the season."

"Roberto took care of or lawn maintenance at our previous home. We bought a new home (new construction) in Discovery Bay. We had him give us an estimate to landscape the entire backyard and side yard. His estimate was VERY AFFORDABLE! We agreed and he and his crew started that next Monday. "CM Landscaping was excellent from start to finish of our project. We had a lawn put in our front and back yard with full sprinklers and landscaping done in the backyard. Fernando was amazing to work with. He made great suggestions for our yard and was courteous and professional. The work was done on schedule and looks great.     Aeration:  Quick but thorough.  I've done my own aeration in the past so can assess job quality

    Fertilizer:  Applied fertilizer and pre-emergent and post-emergent herbicide as part of the service

    Clean-up:  Thoroughly swept all areas around the lawn

    Knowledge:  Very knowledgeable and forthcoming regarding lawn and weed-related issues.  Had a number of valuable suggestions for how we could improve our lawn's soil condition and enhance water retention (water conservation)  

 

Price: 

    Very good.  $72 (including 10% Angie's discount) for approximately 2000 sq ft of lawn
