"System Pavers is HIGHLY motivated and well optimized to make the sale – but they WILL NOT stand behind their “system.” If/when problems develop (even due to their own failures), you are on your own. After a very high-pressure sales pitch (disguised as a “design meeting”) with all the accoutrements (fancy PowerPoint demonstration, a copy of their very large surety bond, commitments that they will stand behind us, and a “discount” that magically expired the same day), System Pavers completed our $72k backyard paver project in September 2021. Over the next few weeks, the pavers began to separate, sag, and “crown.” Also, the drainage in many areas was toward the house, not away from it. They did come back a couple of times to remove pavers, recompact, and reset. However, when failures continued, they asked us to let the system fail for another year so they would only have to do a major rehabilitation once. When that year elapsed, they were nowhere to be found. Very difficult to get them to come back out. Then, instead of fixing the failed system, they had a soils engineer evaluate. The engineer’s report confirmed they did not properly prepare the subgrade. They recently sent an email essentially saying they didn’t want to keep spending money on their failed system. They also claimed the warrantee would not cover the repairs. They are simply walking away, leaving us with an unsafe, embarrassing backyard and a worthless major investment. What a joke. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY."

"Contacted Hansen Landscaping to do our front yard. We met with Steve and shared our design thoughts. Steve presented us with a drawing based on what we were looking for. A drawing is one thing but the finished project is another. We never in our wildest dreams could have imagined how beautiful our yard looks now. To us a simple design of a dry creek, artificial lawn and some plants was what we had in mind. Steve's design took our plan to a much higher level. The dry creek is a show stopper. The team sent to do the work were awesome. It took them 6 business days to complete. They were at our home on time every morning and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left at the end of the day. Any questions or concerns I had were always listened to and addressed. Steve Hansen made everything work seamlessly from first meeting him at his showroom to laying out the timeline to working with Jack on selecting the right plants and then sending us Hugo, Raoul and Martin who worked so hard and made me laugh everyday. We couldn't be happier and choosing Hansen was the BEST DECISION EVER!!"
