"Completed in one day, including the training, and it's not some ugly intrusive thing . There were 2 young men who were very friendly and efficient who installed the fence. Not only did they install the electric fence but they also trained my critters as well. The results are better than I expected, so I am very happy to recommend them. This is the 2nd review I have written, but I don't know what happened to the first one. Anyway, many thanks again. <br />"

"Subsequent to a wind and rain storm we had a severe leak in our living room.  Silver City was on the list of recommended contractors provided by our insurance company.  After receiving an inspection and a quote to repair the section of the roof additional discussions with representatives from Silver City indicated that the roof (which was approaching 29 years old) should probably be replaced.  We agreed to the job and price and were quite happy with the results.  Numerous leaks and broken tiles were discovered and fixed or replaced.  Additionally, several sheets on roofing plywood had to be replaced. <br /> The work crews were punctual and cleaned up every day.  We enjoyed talking with the crew and gaining additional insight into potential troublesome areas to look for in the future. <br /> The manager, David, was courteous and knowledgable and offered good insight into our problems and went out of his way to ensure that we had prompt attention. <br /> The overall price was not the lowest estimate received, but with our insurance company's recommendation we decided to go with Silver City.  We were very satisfied with their work. <br />"

"Shannon arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was very personable, courteous, and thorough and even developed an immediate relationship with our three big dogs. Shannon is a resident of Maricopa as well as a home owner and very active in our community. It s obvious he takes a great deal of pride in his professionalism and thoroughness. He spent over 3 and one half hours evaluating interior and exterior structures as well as mechanical systems, heating system, plumbing system, grounds and yard, etc. Shannon provided his results in a written report (via PDF format) which we could then forward to our builder. We didn t realize how little we actual knew about our house until Shannon s inspection. All things considered and according to our estimates his visit saved us about $3,000 in potential repairs. We now have the knowledge and comfort of knowing the real condition of our home. We have peace of mind and feel the resale value of our home is secure."

"The contractor said the original metal hardware was still useable, which I appreciated. Only the wood needed to be replaced. There was some misunderstanding on the type of wood to be used. Clearer communication with the contractor would have been better. I recommend a more detailed proposal/contract to prevent similar issues in the future. The problem was resolved, however. The job was completed quickly."

"His name is Jonathan Smith. He bailed me out of a mess that another person created where my kitchen was flooding. I called him at 6 pm on a Friday and he was at my house by 6:30. He was here for 1 1/2 hours. He normally doesn't like to do faucets. His pricing was fair and reasonable. He knows what he can and can't do. The cost is what he says it will be. He will quote either an hourly rate or a job rate.He is very good. He is semi-retired and he is retired military."

"It went well.  Chris came out to inspect the roof on August 28, 2013.  I received his estimate within a week.  I signed the contract with Liberty Roofing on September 16, 2013 and requested that the job be done before the snow came.  At that time, I spoke with Pat Bain.  He showed me samples of the materials they would be using.  He answered all my questions.  Both he and Chris were professional and courteous.  Due to the high winds at that time, they were not able to get to the job for 3-4 weeks.  The windy conditions were beyond their control and all the other roofing companies I had contacted were behind also.  Liberty Roofing started the job as soon as they could and completed it within a week.  The job was completed at least a month before the snow season started.  Since this was not my primary residence, I was unable to inspect the work until the end of January 2014.  The roof looks good from all angles.  The sealing around the skylights looks so much better than it did before.  The real test was how it held up during the harsh winter.  It held up well.  There are no leaks.  They did an excellent job.  I am very satisfied with their work. <br />"

FAQs for wood fence repair projects in San-Simon, AZ

The time it takes to install a swimming pool fence varies depending on the project's complexity. A simple installation can be completed in about two hours. However, if your project involves concrete work, regrading, custom installations, or challenging terrain, it could take up to two full days. Each additional factor increases the labor and time needed to ensure your fence meets safety standards.

Yes, installing a lock on your pool gate enhances safety by preventing unauthorized access. A self-closing, self-latching gate with a key-lock mechanism provides strong protection, helping to keep children and pets safe. Securing your pool gate adds an extra layer of security and offers peace of mind when using the pool area.

A pool fence requires a specific height to secure the pool area. In most states, the fence must be 48 inches tall; some regulations require 60 inches for enhanced safety. Checking local building codes guarantees compliance with these height requirements. A taller fence strengthens protection and improves the overall security of your pool area, ensuring it meets stringent safety standards.

Mesh and tempered glass are among the safest pool fencing choices because their design and smooth surfaces make them resistant to climbing attempts. They provide consistent, rigid barriers that prevent unauthorized access to your pool area. These materials ensure optimal safety for children and pets. In addition, incorporating a pool safety net further enhances protection and addresses additional security concerns, ensuring that your pool remains a safe environment for all users.

Pool fencing requirements vary by local, state, and federal regulations. In most states, installing a pool fence is mandatory for safety and insurance purposes. Ask your pool fence pro for local regulations or check with your local planning department to understand the specific height and design requirements for your area. Complying with these regulations ensures legal compliance and enhances safety.
