"It was easy to schedule an appointment for the same day I called. Kody and his coworker arrived on time. He thoroughly checked the faucet and plumbing. He confirmed that the situation did not cause any harm to the plumbing in the wall and there were no leaks. I decided not to have him investigate further because that would involve breaking tile and I felt that as long as there are no leaks or plumbing issues, I didn't want to take any further actions. The plastic cartridge was damaged during the investigation so we scheduled a second appointment which allowed me to pick up a new cartridge for him install. While he was working, I had lots of questions for Kody to make sure I understood and to ensure everything else was perfectly safe to use. He was very patient with me and answered my questions in a way I understood. I would definitely use George Plumbing again."

"Setting up an appointment, responsiveness and punctuality were excellent. 19 months ago I had a leak on my residential water main repaired. Unfortunately the main is leaking again. I couldn't recall offhand who had done the work last time but did a quick search on Angie's List and chose A& A. From the moment I called, the experience was excellent. Carrie (sp? sorry) took my call and had me set up and had two techs at my door in less than two hours. The techs, Kyle and Dale were extremely quick in coming up with a price estimate. I don't want to say it was off the charts but.. I had watched the previous tech repair the leak in less than an hour. I went through my records and located the receipt. With a 10% discount, I had paid $270. On this call, A&A quoted me $475 for the same work so unfortunately I did not okay the repair."

"Carlos Mora responded the same night I requested quote. Plumbers in my immediate and local area could not provide plumbing services as soon and quickly as Carlos Mora. I sent him picture of work to be done and he gave quote. He showed up at the time he designated to do the work the next day, early morning. I was glad to see him because I had to keep my water shut off until repairs were done. He was attentive, professional, and explained the work that he was going to do. He replaced hot and cold washer Bibs shut offs and removed saddle needle shutoff of ice maker to waterline. He also checked before he left to make sure there were no leaks from work done. Total cost $200. I believe this was a fair price. I did not expect it but, he also went out of his way and took time to cut down a tree branch that was blocking the driveway which I truly appreciated. He is personal, friendly, and engaging. I recommend him for service plumbing. I am sure that I will have him do more plumbing work when needed. I am so impressed with Carlos Mora, I plan to give his business card to the Pro desk at Home Depot so that he can assist others like me who needed plumbing services. (For some reason I could not find the business again when I went back to write this review.) While some other companies REFUSE to give a ballpark quote, even when you know exactly what needs to be done, Ray quoted me a reasonable range. It ended up being on the low end, even though he could've charged a lot more. Great service from an honest plumber."
