"Rolando wants to provide the best results and makes excellent recommendations that you should consider and discuss. Lower cost (cheaper paints) don’t necessarily give you the best or lasting results. His team is very meticulous and does a great job in prepping and cleanup."

"Excellent worker painted entire home inside and out very detailed and fast very happy with work 10 out of 10 service"

"Very responsive, great work and they got the work done on time. Used Urbina's Painting for full interior and exterior painting project and they were able to come in with the right number of people to do the job. Very professional and clean work - properly covered everything to protect furniture and flooring. They also did a great job preparing - filling holes, dents, fixing drywall issues etc. We were very happy with the final result."

"They were on time, professional, and friendly"

"Victor was very accommodating giving me his opinion and putting on samples of the paint color for the Exterior of our house. He paid close attention to details I wanted and his crew did an EXCELLENT job painting the house. They were punctual with start time and cleaned up every day before leaving. His price was fair and what I was hoping to pay. He Started the Date he booked and finished the day he said it would be. You can feel confident choosing Victor’s Painting to do a job you can be proud of. Thanks Victor for a very pleasant experience. L. Thomas, San Bruno CA"

"Recently we hired Prestige Custom Painting to do a small exterior job. The mark of excellence in painting is the amount and care that goes into preparation. Prestige met and surpassed our expectations. They were meticulous in preparing our trim work for painting. The result was beyond what we thought possible. In addition they were extremely careful and tidy. No drips. No spills. And they cleaned up the work area perfectly Finally, they were punctual. A dream for us We will definitely be booking Prestige Custom Painting to paint the rest of our house this spring."

"Great communication, very nice contract, professional, lays out what he will do. We have a flat roofed home, and we wanted the Fascia/eaves painted. They did what they said they'd do. Nice people. Has 3-year warranty. Other people were really slow getting back to us even after inspecting. One party said our job was too small. Brambilas was just right. Inspected, quote, agreed, arrived, done in 2 days."

"He painted the inside of one room. He was punctual, careful and did an excellent job. The room looked amazing after the paint job. I would highly recommend this company and will use him again.,"

"Nelson, principal, was communicative, provided a thorough proposal, and followed up on all my requests for additional information in a timely manner. After seeking several estimates from other vendors, communication with Nelson was refreshing and appreciated. The workers were prompt, respectful, friendly, and clean. They always informed me in advance when they would be done for the day and picked up the messes at the end of each day. The prep work (pressure wash, scraping old paint, sanding rough patches, and sealing cracks) was complete and surpassed my expectations. The finished project is a dream, and I'm definitely not an "easy" person to please as I expect the best. I highly recommend Escobar Painting without hesitation."
