It looks like a new bumper. We saw bumpers that he had worked on that were there waiting to be picked up, the cars were, when we went to their place and they looked like brand new so we were so excited. "This is not the first time I've used BW fencing... I used them in August, 2013 for my own home. I am a Property Manager and when it was decided to replace most of the fencing at one of my rentals, I called in two fencing companies... "After getting a couple of quotes, I found Aztecs price to be the lowest. The sales rep came out and discussed with me what I wanted. A day or so later the fence was installed. Looking back, I wished that the sales rep would have suggest to me that I needed to have the posts in metal as opposed to wood posts. I will probably need to have the posts replaced at some time but overall I only only disappointed with the fact that a "better" fence could have been suggested to me and wasn't. I was counting on the sales rep to tell me the pros and cons of the fence of my choice (wood posts) since I am not a fence expert. Having dealt with other companies for other type jobs, I can see the difference when a sales rep takes the time to give you his honest opinon and tries to understand your needs and works with you to decide which options are best for your situation."

"Since we weren't using an insurance company we needed to understand what all the variables were in the estimate. Robin was completely patient and forthcoming, describing when a used door (if available) could be used vs. buying a new door. Once we said go ahead (he hadn't even seen the car yet) he ordered a used door and had it within hours. We dropped off the car that night using the drop box and repairs began immediately the next day. Due to the painting process it takes a few days to complete the job but the team did it quickly and when we picked it up we were totally satisfied."
