We were interested in obtaining a company to clean our floor vents and one wall vent since we've NEVER had them cleaned since we moved to the Talmadge area 25 years ago.  My intention was to contact at least 2 companies for quotes.  After checking Angie's list for Coit and ASI which had  'B' ratings, I decided I wanted a company with an 'A' rating. What attracted me to G&G was . . . 1) They had an 'A' rating . . 2) They had a special for $199.00 . . . and the 'comments' on services rendered were VERY favorable.  My intention was to ask about the process and then contact another company to compare information.  However, I was so impressed with the gentlemen answering my questions on the phone, I decided to schedule the vent cleaning with G&G.  Scheduled services was set up for 10/7 BUT (to my good fortune) the gentleman called me back within 20 minutes to say that he had a cancellation and if I wanted to have the service performed today, it was now available.  I agreed.  Gabriel and his assistant arrived at my door 45 minutes later.  They were personable, professional, knowledgeable and explained the process as they went along.  I opted to have 'sanitation of the vents' done as well which was another $150.  I don't think I mentioned that at the time I called for the service, the special for vent cleaning had expired 2 days ago.  However, G&G honored the 'special rate' of $199.00.  Wow.

We also did the Lowes and Hiome Depot estimates...Forget it . I want a warranty from the people who sell and install the windows and doors. We entrusted Amir to install 41 windows, entry door, dining room french doors and two sliders. The installers were just as he described...THE BEST! Constantly cleaning, cutting, installing, one lunch break and back at it. On time and delivered as promised plus more...Customer Service!! "Andy came out to look at my garage door which was completely out of alignment and wouldn't close. He gave me a call 30 minutes before he arrived and was right on time. Very friendly and personable! He assessed the problem and said he could fix it right then. He had the garage door working perfectly in less than an hour! He also tighten all the bolts and lubed the hinges and springs. The service was only $159 which I thought was very reasonable. I had called another company earlier who quoted me $1,000 telling me I had to replace the garage door opener with a new one in order to fix the problem. The garage door opener did not have to be replaced! Very pleased with the work Andy did and would highly recommend San Diego Door Pros!"
