"Oh my God they are fantastic. Oh my God , they are the best. They are just really good they are the best vendor I have ever used. Well because my roof is beautiful. What happened was, we had a you know, they came out and gave me a bid. My roof was having some issues and I did not think it was, he did not even think it was that bad, and what happened was that the roof started to fail, like it was too weak. And they came out everytime I called them. Because we had ran into like a time, and they had to do a schedule, a reschedule of three weeks and I am waiting for this roof. They came out every time it rained and a drop came in through that, if I had called for a complaint, they came out immediately that day. And they needed time to fix it but they instead of fixing would replace the whole thing. It was a $ 30,000 roof. Yeah, so it was a huge roof. So they did a great job. One of the other contractors came out after that, and said you know, Cheryl your roof is beautiful. Modern methods, they are like A+ .  I worked them over, I made them put me on their insurance. They are really quick, every time I called them out, they did not charge me and they knew that I was going to replace the whole thing. And I was really really very happy."

"We had a partially flat roof that had a known issue with a leak where it met a vertical wall. On inspection we learned the old tar and gravel surface as a whole generally had issues requiring attention, as did the nonexistent or inadequate flashings. Looking for a roofer, we found Lifetime had the best price and high reviews. When Tony and Dylan came out to look at the situation and discuss fixes, we found that they listened well and came up with great solutions to the parts of our roof that needed repair and did not try to oversell us to fix the parts of our roof that were in good repair. Lifetime pulled the permit and got the team to work right away under the supervision of project manager Tony. He ably supervised the team and communicated progress daily in person or by email/text or both. He answered our questions and made sure the crew cleaned up, including ensuring they honored the city’s restriction on gas-powered blowers. All in all a job well done for a reasonable price. Thank you, Tony and team!"

"Called on Thursday and roof repair was completed by Monday.. Great Job"

"I have a sloped roof, my last contractor installed flat-roof shingles. I had no idea until I noticed a leak in my house. Called Journey Builders, George took his time explaining me the process. They were right on schedule, and extremely professional. Thank You!"

"I hired this roofing company for a full roof replacement. Overall, the experience was very positive. The crew showed up on time each day and kept me updated throughout the process. They explained the materials they were using and answered all my questions clearly. The job was completed in two days, and the cleanup was through no nails or debris left behind. The price was in line with other quotes I received, and there were no surprise charges. The only issue was a slight delay in starting due to weather, but they communicated that ahead of time. I?d definitely recommend them to anyone needing roofing work and would use them again."

"Pablo and his crew know what they're doing. Our standing-seam metal roof looks great! They showed up on-time every day, worked hard, fixed problems that were discovered and left us with a beautiful roof. It was obvious from their bids that many other roofing contractors didn't really want to install metal. Ontop gave us a fair quote - and backed it up with great workmanship."

"Man came to measure next day man came to repair & clean gutters."

"I recently had my roof replaced by a team of professionals, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The team was efficient, professional, and easy to work with, and they kept me informed throughout the entire process. They were able to complete the project in a timely manner, and the cost of the service was reasonable. I would highly recommend this roofing service to anyone in need of roof repairs or replacement."
