He provided an estimate in a timely manner via email and also offered a first-timer Angie's List discount. It also made it more convenient that he was willing to come out on a Sunday since we both have busy work schedules during the week.
On the day of service, he came out promptly and finished the work within the time window promised. (Before he got started, I changed the location of the electrical box, and he accommodated without complaint or excuses.) Every question I asked indicated that he had done the job to code. Matt is a professional. I like to try out a contractor with a small job rather than risking a big job on someone I don't know.
