"We had a leak around the chimney area of our roof. Rick initially diagnosed the leak as from old flashing in need of replacing. Was quoted $1250 for the repair. They had their guys come out promptly and replace the flashing all around the base of the chimney where it meets the roof. Doing a nice clean job. However, upon the next rain event that we had (about 1 week later), the leak was still vey apparent. Rick came back out to look at it again, and realized that he had mis-diagnosed the problem, and that the leak was actually coming from another area where the fascia board on the side of the roof penetrates the chimney stack. He was very apologetic and reduced the amount that I owed him for the repair by 50%. He then referred me to a stucco contractor to correct the actual problem. He was very honest, and I appreciate his being willing to work with us. To be honest the flashing probably needed to be replaced anyway in my 30 year old house."

"We had to call in Sequoia Roofing after a terrible experience with another roofing company. They actually came out on a weekend because our roof had been demo'd and we had no roof. They took a look at the project, provided us with options and completed the job quickly, efficiently and for a fair price. Communication with the team was easy and smooth! The staff who performed the work did an excellent job of cleaning up every day and were respectful and professional. Definitely recommend this company."

"I dealt with Leon De Anda for my roof work. Leon was honest and professional and very informative about what could be done with my roof. He offered me a few options and also asked me if there were anything specific I wanted done. I basically described what I wanted and he curtailed his bid to what I was looking for at the best price. I liked the fact that he was honest and straight forward without playing any games or try and screw me over. In the end, I decided to get a whole new roof, down to even getting all new plywood. The men who came to work on the roof were competent and professional. They went to great lengths to only bother me when it was necessary. Everyday they made a mess but at the end of the day they would always clean it up. I thought they were very professional. Leon was not at my house everyday but he was always just a phone call away. He was very accessible. Once the work was completed, Leon and myself walked around the property and inspected the work. He made sure that I was completed satisfied before everything was finalized. Protecta Roofing made a big impression on me based on the way they started and completed this job. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get some roof work done or even some general contracting work done."

"Magdelano and his crew were some of the most professional installers I have ever hired. He was there everyday to supervise the work being preformed. Taking off an old roof and installing a new one is a messy business. Valley Oaks Roofing & Repairs did an incredible job cleaning up each and every day. Not a nail or staple to be found on the ground. Value-wise I think Magdelano and his crew do a great job at a very reasonable price point. Our entire roof was removed and replaced within a week, including painting and replacing hundreds of feet of facia that contained dry rot. I would unquestionably recommend Valley Oaks Roofing & Repairs for any roof work whatsoever."

"Outstanding experience addressing a big project, a total roof replacement. Very positive experience. Thank you!"

"They were on time and went to work right away. Very friendly hard workers.. They were all done by the end of the first day. I had four groups to chose from, the first one so expensive, I new I had to keep looking, the next had a few reasons why they were unable to keep the appointment, Then came Zenith Roofing, Brian was the only one who wanted me to check out my homeowners insurance first. I found out that the repair would be covered.. Brian gave me the repair cost, well within range. Then I asked what would it be to replace the whole roof? He checked it out and gave me a quote I couldn't refuse!! This company is awesome! Thank you again Brian!"

"Fisher Roofing and Repairs is very straightforward and tells you exactllly what needs fixing and what can wait! Steve was very polite and courteous, I recommend him to everyone!"

"Zenith Roofing Services is a top-quality organization, extremely ethical and with highly qualified and professional employees. I called them to repair a small area of our tile roof and after removing some tiles and inspecting the tile underlayment in a limited area they provided a bid for both the repair work and a lift and replacement of a new two layers of underlayment. We elected to replace the underlayment on the entire roof as the existing paper is 30 years old as showed signs of cracking. The crew showed up each day at 8:00 am and before the end of the day swept the perimeter of the house and remove everything that may have fallen from the roof. I could not be more please with the job Zenith Roofing Services provided. John H Davies"
