"Saul and his team did an excellent job pressure washing, stucco patching and masking to being kind enough to re-paint the accent color because I didn't like the contrast of the color I picked. They sanded our roll up garage doors and after painting they looked like new! They were very thorough and cleaned up everything when they left. Unlike some reviews I have read of other painting companies they did not leave paint all over our concrete or grass. Each night they stored all their gear and supplies neatly. They only use top quality products and take real pride in their work. Would totally hire them again!"

"Nile Schmidt is a true professional. I had him paint the outside and inside of a rehab I purchased in late 2008. Almost 1 decade later and the paint job has held up very, very well as I had a contractor over recently who thought the work had been done in the last 2 years (prompting me to write this review). "On a home built in 1957 Approved Contractor Inc (ACI) installed new construction windows and sliding glass doors, stripped the house of old siding, removed old plywood sheathing and old insulation, and then insulated and stuccoed the house. What was important was not only finding a reputable construction company, but also one that would coordinate the total project. The added benefits were quality work and high-end material, at a competitive price. Of note, was the stucco method (4 layers-coats - scratch, brown, finish and texture). The texture coat is an elastomeric paint (color of my choosing) that is water repellent, reflective and provides an even color on the walls - with a lifetime warranty. Other stucco contractors stop on the finish coat, with the color in stucco. In addition ACI uses its own subcontractors. ACI was professional, flexible, and did really great work. ACI was a superb choice."
