The Auto Enhancers are window tinting San Diego specialists! They’ve become the “go-to” company in San Diego for car window tinting due to their high quality of work and high demand. If you’re looking for window tint in San Diego, give The Auto Enhancers a call. This company was started by Nick Hastings in 2012. Nick has been doing window tint for a lot longer than that though. He has always had a passion for car and customization. He started off with window tinting his own car to practice. Eventually he became pretty good at it, so his family and friend would pay for his car tint services. It got to a point where Nick wanted to start his very own company, and that’s how The Auto Enhancers was born. Nick is now known as “the window tinting San Diego Specialist!” Because that’s all he does! He has perfected the art of car window tinting. There is a lot that goes into the window tint process and it’s very easy to make a mistake that will cause imperfection in the final product. That’s why it’s very important to choose someone who is very skilled and has years of experience. You know what they say… “You get what you pay for” So if you want the best looking san diego window tinting job done on your car then you got to hire the best and that’s Nick and his team at The Auto Enhancers

"Journey man electricians, no subcontractors, high standards for customer service. The Owner Josh will personally see to it that you are not just satisfied but happy with his companies work. Peace of Mind just finished installing battery backup for the Solar Panels they installed five years ago. I will not write the same things that most people have already written. There are plenty of people that sing praises regarding this business. Read those reviews and believe them! I will qualify myself by stating that I have a background teaching Vocational Education that has enabled me to do my own work during my life time. But, at my age I look for knowledgeable people that are quality oriented and honest. This is what you get at Peace of Mind Electrical and Solar. Since I have been hiring help, I want a Licensed Contractor. I am retired and have the time to research and vet who I hire. I am confident you will not find better in our area for all of your Electrical needs. No job to big or too small this company does it all. Respectfully Submitted, Micheal Please take the time to read this: THIS IS WHAT I WROTE FOR YELP FIVE YEARS AGO I believe that what readers of reviews want to hear first: I interviewed the three companies that you constantly hear on Southern California radio: two of the three reminded me of the old-time car salesmen. From Josh at Peace of Mind Electric, I got the best price with better panels. Several years ago, I watched his team install solar on the house just below mine. What I saw was a very professional group of young men that knew what needed to be done and did it. The job was 40 panels split between the house and patio roof. House roof panels were flat but the patio installation had to be angle-mounted in order to get the most from the sun. I was impressed and asked for a card. He said, "Call the boss last he will beat anyone." He was right--a better price with high-end Panasonic panels. If you want journeymen electricians that truly like working together, call Josh at Peace of Mind Electric. He can beat the others for two reasons; he keeps his profit margin lower in order to keep his crew busy and he isn't paying the thousands of dollars for the advertising you hear on the radio. Thank you, (ME) Micheal"

FAQs for wood paneling install or repair projects in San Marcos, CA

Shiplap isn’t inherently expensive, but it does cost more than basic drywall. Plywood sheets are the cheapest way to get the look, while solid wood boards fall between $2 and $7 per square foot. If price is a concern, install shiplap on one feature wall and finish the rest with drywall. You’ll still get the texture you want without paying for planks on every surface.

Yes, pros often attach shiplap directly to drywall by nailing into studs or using construction adhesive. Still, removing the drywall first creates a flatter, more secure surface—especially if your walls aren’t perfectly plumb. Talk with your carpentry contractor about which route makes sense for your project, budget, and local building codes.

Horizontal boards give rooms a wider, more relaxed feel and nod to classic farmhouse style. Vertical planks draw the eye upward and are perfect when you want ceilings to appear taller. There’s no “better” choice—the best orientation depends on your room’s proportions and the look you’re after. Hold a few boards in place both ways before you commit.
