"BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR! I was duped by this company! Told me the installation of my single front iron door would be $255/hr for 1 hr possible 2 hours for 2 people. This install was 7 hours for each person or 14 hours which cost me over $1300 to install 1 door. The door was already prehung. The 2 men were walking around wasting time, pretending to look for parts such as door handles which were right in front of them in the box. This is deceptive, false advertising, and will be reported to the BBB. They didn’t even get my confirmation/approval for additional hours or work! I will NEVER use their services again. Duped!"

"John is very conscientious. He has his own standard of quality. For example, he fixed things that I didn't think needed to be fixed. He just wants to do a quality job. He is also conscientious about what I wanted. He took the extra time to find a dog door that met my specifications. He continually asked me questions during the job about different options of completing the project to ensure it would be acceptable. I appreciated his thoughtfulness. Also John had initially said that it would take two visits to complete the job, he was able to work overtime and complete it in one day. I appreciated him doing so. Considering the time John spent on this project, the price was more than reasonable."

I have a full time job doing construction for new communications towers for various services. It includes all the job skills I listed including some masonry work for setting pads and then cabinet networking cabinets on top. I can also program equipment and worked in the past for Microsoft at the data center. I have my tools in my truck and small set of power tools. circular saw, cordless, and power drill, impact drill and band saw. i can also replace parts on vehicles, ts and diagnosis is more suited for a shop, all I offer is installation of replacement parts for that. Then they provided a detailed estimate that gave me a cost breakdown of all individual charges that I could compare to an insurance estimate. They were crystal clear about what was and was not included in their bid. As I learned more about what was needed, they cheerfully revised their estimate with the changes. Other firms simply gave me a final figure with almost no breakdown of costs, leaving me to wonder what specifics were actually included. In all, working with Ultra Services was a very positive experience in an otherwise very stressful time. Just as I was ready to commit to using Ultra Services I discovered that a friend of 20 years owned a company that performed only insurance related restoration claims work, and used the same estimation software that the insurance company used to align estimates and actuals. In the end, I did not engage Ultra Services, but it would be a disservice to not report that the quality of their up-front service is very impressive and highly recommended by me."
