"I hired Designed Pavers in September 2023 for a 17,000 sq foot paver project in my backyard in downtown Los Gatos. Three men worked full time for about 4 weeks. The manager, Oladia, communicated clearly throughout and was very responsive to my questions. I was so happy with the project that I extended the pavers into my side yard as well. After 6 months and a lot of rain, it looks great, no settling or any other problems. Everyone seems to buy the pavers from the same large distributor, so the real difference is in the skill of the workmen, especially preparing the base and fitting everything in along the edges so it looks neat and clean. "I had taken 5 bids to replace our natural grass backyard with synthetic grass as it was becoming difficult to maintain the natural grass and it was taking a lot of water. Oscar was prompt to come and set up time he provided several suggestions like adding paver lights in the design which will look very nice without significantly increasing the cost. He also looked at the backyard doors and recommended that we replace them and provided several suggestions on metal doors with automatic wifi controlled locks. Then he provided a written estimate and I got 4 additional bids for the same scope. He wasn't the cheapest but he was most thorough in his estimates. The workmanship was very good as well. His crew was professional, came on time and ensured the work is done to my satisfaction. I will use him again for any of my landscaping needs."
