"For the money, the quality of the service was good. However, I paid A.M.S. up front for the month of July. The first three weeks were fine. The fourth week, Alex sent a text message indicating that his mower was broken and he would be there the next day. NO SHOW. I left voice mail messages and received only one return message. Finally, a young man came with a push mower and cut the grass, but did no other necessary trimming, etc., which was promised with at the initial interview. It is now August, and I have heard nothing and have not had any contact from Alex. I am so disappointed. I hired him because he was a veteran and I wanted to show appreciation. Live and learn."
