"I moved into my house in 1995. There was all ready an in-ground (plaster) pool when we moved in. It had been built in 1990 by Sylvan Pools. The pool was beautiful until around 2010. There were a couple of spots at the bottom of the steps where the re-bar was showing through. So, I decided to have it re-plastered in 2012. I thought they did a good job, at first. The last day the worker, who put water into the pool, left a stain. Okay, I put up with that. Soon after, I tried to turn on the pool light & it didn't come on. It was flooded with water. Okay again, since I never use the pool light. But, starting about 3-4 years ago my pool has started to get more & more stains in it. We live in Phoenix Arizona. We don't close our pool & the pump is run everyday. This year we have had a terrible time with algae. While dealing with it I'm finding more & more hairline cracks in the plaster. "The original pool looked great for 20+ years. This one maybe 4 or 5 years. ""ADEQUATE"" seems" "to be the ""norm"" anymore.""

"Let me begin by saying how good it was to do business with Kent, Edgar and his crew. It was the best home improvement I have ever received. Now I will talk about the services: Popcorn removal: The Beehive method of popcorn removal is clean and required a minimum of furniture movement. The finish that was applied to the ceilings was well done and the painting was excellent. Clean, minimum work for me to move furniture and an excellent job on the new ceiling treatment.... I think that says it all. Electrical: At my request, Ken made several recommendations for lighting improvements. The recommendations were sound and my wife and I said OK. The results changed our kitchen dramatically.... wow the right lighting made a significant improvement to our kitchen. Ken also recommended a novel approach to reading lights in our Master Bedroom and it has been wonderful, excellent light and the ability to adjust light levels and individually select lights is the way to go. The lighting solution's required drywall work in both the kitchen and the master bedroom. The repair of the drywall was very well done and there is zero sign that work has been done. Ken and his team also replaced every outlet and switch in the entire house to give it a fresh look that would go with our painting and replace fixtures that were 30 yrs old. Interior Painting: Ken and his crew repainted every square inch of our house including the doors. The quality of the work was excellent and very clean. We stayed in our house during the work and the crew was very good at cleaning up daily. The work was done in a timely fashion with high quality. Trust: My wife and I had complete trust in the crew with respect to leaving them in the house and having them lock up when they were finished. Other than a few key items, I left everything else in place. I had no issues what so ever. Summary: Each aspect of the extensive work that Ken and his crew did was excellent. Beehive turned the interior of the house dramatically..... it feels like we are in a new home. Ken and his crew were very easy to work with and professional. The quality of the service was excellent and I felt like it was competitively/fairly priced"

"I’ve never had to have drywall repaired so I was a little nervous but Juan did an amazing job patching the hole up. It looks practically brand new and just needs a paint job which I’ve been meaning to go over with a new color. Juan informed me about the next steps and eased my worries about the process."

"I contacted them and described the job that I needed a bid on. We have a 600 square foot office with 3 rooms. We agreed on the price and time of service. He and I both arrived 15 minutes early and inspected the area to be painted. He noticed a  drywall crack and said he would make the repair and no extra charge. I left and came back late that afternoon to pay him. He had needed to apply 3 coats of paint as we were using a much lighter color than what was used before. The office looked terrific, I did not see any evidence of the wall crack that had previously existed. I asked him how much extra that would cost and he replied that he would honor his original bid. I gave him some extra cash as an expression of my gratitude. I have several work related needs for paint contractors and I plan to use him from now on. It's refreshing to find someone who is reliable and a great craftsman.

They started work immediately and finished in a very timely manner. I needed an exterior wall filled in where an extra-large pet door had been installed. You'd never know there had been a gaping hole in my house by looking at the repair work done! My daughter was visiting and was so pleased with how it turned out, she'll be hiring Rogers to do some plaster work at her home in the very near future.
