He provided me estimate for the repair and went over every detail of it with me. When the crew arrived to do the job they were very professional and performed the job as promised. "At the onset of the project, I sat down with Don and went over the plans and my expectations. I am an automotive engineer with 30 years of experience and I was really impressed with Don and his amount of experience, building skills, and extensive knowledge of construction techniques. What really sold me was when Don offered to text me photos of the project along the way on my cell phone. We collaborated on issues when there were questions. It was almost like I was right there, even though I was 400 miles away. Don really built us a quality home, strong enough to handle the heaviest snow loads in the snow belt of the lower peninsula. He has a great business sense and the people skills to keep his crews in line. Most of all, Don seems to really care about the projects that he works on. He once went the extra mile to plow our heavily snowed driveway just so I could get into our new house to review some of his work.
