Harold took a great deal of care in his work and was very thorough in all aspects of the job. Before starting painting, he was also very open to my ideas, and or suggestions. Throughout the job, he communicated anything that needed to be changed or addressed along the way so there were no surprises. Also, I felt him to be very honest in all his dealings with me. "Overall, they do good work and we were very satisfied with the end result. Our project manager, Cyndee, was wonderful! We had her cell number and communicated with her almost daily during the process. Sometimes she noticed things that needed to be changed or fixed even before we did, which was nice. The process took longer than expected due to an unforeseen supplier issue, but Professional Contracting Builders were good about making it up to us however they could. Not every detail was done correctly or to our liking the first time, but they were good about communicating and coming back to re-do the details until we were satisfied. We did have major issues with one of the subcontractors, but those were addressed by Cyndee and ultimately the sub came back (multiple times) and fixed the issues. All the other subs were GREAT and did excellent work! We would hire them again."

"Way more than painting! We initially hired Juan to rip out a ~400 sq-ft ceiling and the old Celotex tiles glued to it, (did I mention they were GLUED?) then install new ½ sheet rock with texture. We also asked him to create sheet rock boxes to hide pipes and provide structure for us to install recessed lighting. He and his crew did such an outstanding job that we hired him further to take out the old bathtub and tile, sheet rock an anti-room, create a closet to enclose the sump pump, spackle over cinder block walls to hide the seams andâ wait for itâ paint! If you wonder why this great work his business provided only rated 4.5 starts, it is because no one really trusts a review full of 5 stars. At least, I donâ t. But, you can trust Juan and his crew. They are quite focused on providing excellent craft with stellar (4.5 of them!) customer service. When adding this amount of work as you go along with your project, I recommend writing down all the little things to keep both parties focused. Now, I rest. If you hire Juan, so can you!"

Strong winds caused my exterior security door on the garage side of my home to completely tear off its mounting due to the force of the wind when a family member lost grip of the door. I submitted a request, and Jesse came out the very next day. He was professional, friendly, courteous, and took the time to assess the damage and explain what needed to be done.
