We had the exterior of our home repaired (shingle and trim replacement), sanded, primed and painted. His team arrived every day on time, diligently worked until end of day and completed the work on schedule. Their work was outstanding, the best I have ever seen, with great attention to detail. The crew was very polite, cleaned up every day, there were no spills and my plants were well protected. Honestly, their work is the best I have seen to date! Definitely worth the money!"

They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "
