"I have hired DRCR many times over the last 5+ years. I live in a 50 year old house and nothing is level or true, but you would not know this based on their craftsmanship. Below is a summary of the projects that DRCR has completed for me: 1) Total Upper Level Bathroom Renovation 2) Renovated Lover Level 1/2 Bath into a Full bathroom, including new enclosure, tub, vanity, toilet, plumbing, vanity, tile floor, baseboard heating register and expanding power and lighting 3) Added a 4th bedroom 4) Installed an above the ceiling beam and created one large Great Room from individual kitchen, dining room, and living room. 5) Added new cabinets, island, refrigerator cubby, lighting, and power to kitchen 6) Added shiplap, custom built mantle. and baseboard heat registers to Great room 7) installed new floor planks to upper level 8) Hung 11 paneled doors 9) Installed yard fence and deck gate 10) Renovated shed including a new single roof to match house and garage 11) Demoed and Rebuilt my Laundry room due to water leak damage I would not have hired DRCR repeatedly over the last 5+ years if I was not totally satisfied with their great value and superior quality of work. "We had a garage door in the style of a barn door rip off during one of the windy storms in Manomet,Mass and decided to give Angie’s list a try, after selecting three handyman, we decided to go with JJX handyman, he replied the same day we put the ad up, JJX was there within a couple of days to assess the problem, and sent us several photos showing us the problem with the garage doors. He always stayed in contact with us and kept us updated on the work to be done. Between several small snow storms and some illness in the family The job was done a few weeks later which we had no problem with. "Mark does the quality of work that I would do myself as a homeowner if I had the time to do the job. My bathroom renovation protect was a total bathroom remodel, where everything was demoed down to the studs and rebuilt brand new. Mark is not only and expert framer, but a detailed finish craftsman. Since Mark does 95% of the job himself, he is able to maintain tight control over product quality. Mark is already onto my next bathroom remodel/expansion project that I would expect to be done within 2 weeks. Update: 07/06/2019 Mark completed a major kitchen renovation where he removed a wall in a tiny kitchen, opening up a great room with the adjacent living room. He demoed the old and worn laminate cabinets, installed new hardwood cabinets, built an island, and installed new ceilings, floors, electrical, and panel doors in the new great room (kitchen and living room) and upper-level hallway. Mark also tied in the kitchen and living room with the installation of a shiplap wall and the building of an elegant fireplace mantle. Mark is a master craftsman who is very passionate about carpentry and creating custom looks.
