"I am over the moon with Gibson. They did several quotes for me for different venting options and quoted new gutters. Then during the job something came up - the breezeway to the detached garage didn't have plywood. Gibson recommended about 10 sheets of plywood to allow the warranty to cover the roof. After a quick call to Gibson, they agreed to cover the roof with the warranty, but allow me to exclude the detached garage from the warranty and avoid the extra cost of 10 sheets of plywood. In one day a large crew showed up, removed all of the old shingles, checked for plywood damage, and installed a nice new shiny roof. Plus they cleaned up our property and gutters of debris. Very professional and great communication. Amazingly enough they had the lowest bid too. Talk about taking the stress out of a large project.
