Upon arrival they explained clearly the procedure and the tools they will be using. Throughout the procedure they were very polite and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. They reattached my airvents properly and took out some bad insulation. "We told Douglas what we needed on the phone and the next day he was giving us a quote in our yard. Two days after we received the quote for our project his crew was out in our yard completing it. They built a concrete brick wall around a flower bed, spread hemlock bark-dust around our back yard and both side yards and removed a tree and another tree stump. They worked diligently and moved rapidly from one task to another and got the whole project completed quite quickly. The crew, (all 5 family members) worked well together, were very efficient in their tasks and friendly.  They did an excellent job with all we requested, put all yard decorations and stepping stones back into their original place and cleaned up the yard, patio and walkways so nothing appeared to change except the great appearance! We are very happy with their work ethic and skills and plan to hire them again as they will be doing some indoor room painting for us soon.
