"All I can say is WOW! Stan and his crew were fantastic. Let me digress. I submitted a request a few weeks ago via Angie's List for a quote. Stan contacted us within the hour. He was at our house shortly thereafter (same day) to recommend work to be done and provided us a detailed/written quote. He told us he could have the job done before Labor Day. We received a call yesterday that he could do the job today, and true to his word, he and a crew of 5 showed up early this morning and cut and trimmed the trees. Throughout this process, we found Little Bear Tree Service to be efficient, professional, competent, cordial, punctual, and honest. The price we paid was super reasonable for the work that needed to be done. We highly recommend Little Bear and will be using their services again at the end of the year to prune and shape our two ornamental cherry trees."

"First, I needed an assessment of trees for removal. They could have told me I needed to remove several more trees, but they did not. Then they worked with me on the price a bit. They put me on their schedule as early as possible and then arrived on time, took out the agreed upon (2)trees and then cleaned my property, leaving it better than when they arrived - all within the space of 4 hours! They hauled away debris and all wood when they left, so I did not have tree trunks sitting in my front yard for days. An excellent operation and a family owned business. I will definitely hire them again when needed."

Now I'm left trying to figure out how to fix it. On a positive note, they did come on time and workers were polite."

The crew arrived the next day and did a great job of trimming our junipers and two ornamental trees. They cleaned up all the debris from shrubs and trees, and left the property spotless. I called Apex Tree Service to examine a large Sweet Gum tree in our back yard. The tree has lost some limbs over time and we were concerned that it might need to be removed. Mr. Lay was here within the time frame he said he would be. He was very nice, very professional and took the time to explain the condition of the tree. He made suggestions of what we could do to help the tree. He stated that the tree did not need to be removed at this time. He also said that all trees will lose a limb once in a while. He told us (at our request) what it would cost to remove the tree if it were necessary at present. I was very appreciative that someone did not just come out and say that the tree should be removed. I will definitely call them again when needed.
