"Job started off well, until there were some questions about tree branch removal from neighbor's tree that extended onto property. Job was not completed as quoted; the guys said to call the office and get it adjusted for work not done. Office was not cooperative, contacted the owner via an e-mail that he sent out requesting comments; no responses. In the meantime, billing continues to send me reminders to pay for the full job. Seems kind of sloppy to me."

The two gentlemen that came out (sorry, I can't remember their names) called to say they could come by earlier than we had originally planned which was perfect for me. When they arrived, they were very professional and friendly and wasted no time loading their truck up."
