"Mike explained process and gave an estimate based on a routine job of this nature but said a technician would come to look at job and give a more accurate estimate. Tony (owner) showed up within the time frame given and looked to identify the location where honeycomb might be so they could go in and get rid of the bees. Based on location and effort he provided an estimate. His tech (Nathan) was with him ready to do the job if we approved. Tony gave a thorough explanation of what they would do and we approved. We were very pleased with the job, Tony insured that the job was done correctly, he stayed and oversaw the work Nathan performed. He also took care to cover the area with plastic (which we provided) since bees were above the pool equipment and he knew it would be messy since they had to break into stucco. Tony advised in advance that we would need to hire someone to do the repair job. <br />"
